Introduction

Putaway WMS is a cloud warehouse management system built for e-Commerce teams that need accurate stock, scan-based workflows, and clear operational traceability.

This documentation space will collect the practical rules and workflows behind the product: how warehouse users receive stock, move inventory, pick orders, pack shipments, manage billing, and work with integrations.

This page is a minimal Starlight documentation entry running under /documentation/user-guides/introduction.

It gives us the base structure for:

  • searchable documentation pages
  • sidebar navigation
  • light and dark mode
  • Markdown-based content
  • future sections for operators, admins, integrations, and API behavior

The documentation can grow in small sections, for example:

  • Getting started: product overview, roles, terminology
  • Warehouse operations: receiving, putaway, picking, packing, adjustments
  • Inventory control: stock visibility, reservations, movements, audit trail
  • Integrations: MerchantPro, shipping, invoicing, webhooks
  • Administration: users, permissions, billing, legal documents

The next useful page would be a short warehouse workflow overview, from receiving stock to shipping an order.
