Contracts

Contracts shows the legal documents accepted for the company account. It is a review and download page: it does not change stock, create warehouse orders, or modify the subscription.

Use this page when accounting, management, or support needs proof that specific terms were accepted.

A contract appears only when a new acceptance of the current legal documents is recorded for the company account. If the company has already accepted the current Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Service Level Agreement versions, the billing action continues without a new acceptance and without a new contract.

Acceptance is checked during:

  • company signup;
  • subscription activation;
  • subscription renewal;
  • enabling auto-renew;
  • buying credits;
  • moving to a higher plan;
  • moving to a lower plan.

If the company has not accepted the current versions of all three documents, the user-started action is stopped until the user reads the documents to the end, checks the document confirmation, checks that they act as an authorized representative of the company, and presses Accept and continue. The contract is recorded after this acceptance.

On the automatic renewal date, WMS checks the latest accepted contract against the current Terms of Service and Privacy Policy versions. If one of these documents changed in the meantime, the automatic renewal is not completed: auto-renew is disabled. If a move to a lower plan was also scheduled for that renewal, the scheduled change is cancelled when auto-renew is disabled. To resume automatic renewal, an authorized user must accept the current documents in the billing area and enable auto-renew again.

  1. Open Company -> Contracts.
  2. Review the contract list.
  3. Find the contract by number, acceptance date, or acceptance reason.
  4. Download the PDF when the status allows it.

If the page is not visible in the menu, the current user does not have access to the company billing area.

Contract no is the internal contract number. Use it when contacting support or comparing the document with billing history.

Contract acceptance date shows when the contract was accepted, using the browser’s local date and time format.

Accepted by shows the person who accepted the documents. If the information is not available, the table shows -.

Acceptance source shows why the acceptance was recorded:

  • Signup: the contract was created when the account was opened;
  • Activation: the contract was created when the subscription was activated or after an expired period;
  • Renewal: the contract was created when the subscription was renewed;
  • Auto-renew: the contract was created when automatic renewal was enabled or confirmed;
  • Credits purchase: the contract was created when additional credits were purchased;
  • Plan upgrade: the contract was created when moving to a higher plan;
  • Plan downgrade: the contract was created when moving to a lower plan.

Versions shows the accepted document versions:

  • Terms of Service;
  • Privacy Policy;
  • Service Level Agreement.

The number after v is the document version. If - appears, the version is not shown for that row.

Status shows whether the document can be downloaded:

  • Ready: the PDF is available and the download button is active;
  • Processing: the PDF is not available yet; wait a few moments and reload the page.

Actions contains the PDF button. When the contract is ready, the button opens the download in a new tab.

To download a contract, press the PDF icon on that contract row. The download link is temporary; if the tab no longer opens or the download expires, press the button again.

If the status is Processing, do not repeat the billing action just to obtain the PDF. Wait a few moments, reload the page, and download the contract when it becomes Ready.

Normally, the list is not empty. The first contract is created during company signup, after the legal documents are accepted.

If the page says there are no contracts, reload the page. If the message remains, treat it as an account issue and open a support ticket.

Do not use Contracts to:

  • change the plan or payment card;
  • buy credits;
  • edit company details;
  • issue invoices for store customers;
  • run warehouse operations.

Use Billing, Company, or the relevant operational page for those actions.
