AWB import

MerchantPro AWB information can reach WMS during order import or later, after shipment is prepared in MerchantPro.

WMS shows the AWB on the MerchantPro order when it receives the AWB number and, when available, the transport label.

AWB can be imported in these situations:

  • MerchantPro sends the order with an existing AWB;
  • MerchantPro sends a shipment update;
  • in packing, the operator requests AWB printing and WMS asks MerchantPro to prepare shipment;
  • the automatic check finds the AWB after MerchantPro generates it.

After import, AWB appears in the order shipping area.

On the order, users can see:

  • AWB number;
  • courier, when available;
  • AWB label, when MerchantPro returns it;
  • print count;
  • last print date.

If only the AWB number exists and no label exists, printing cannot open the document until the label is available.

Check:

  1. shipment was prepared in MerchantPro;
  2. the integration is active;
  3. the order has a MerchantPro number saved in WMS;
  4. the automatic update had time to run if the AWB was just generated;
  5. the packing action can be repeated if WMS allows requesting shipment preparation.
