User productivity report
User productivity report shows which operations were completed by users in the selected period. It is useful for supervisors, but it must be read together with order type and route difficulty.

- Check average times only together with volume.
Correct Interpretation
Section titled “Correct Interpretation”A user with few orders can have high volume if they worked on orders with many lines. A user with many orders can have low volume if they worked on simple orders.
Average active time shows how long the operation took after it started. It does not necessarily include all external causes: missing products, document blockers, or waiting before the order is taken.

What The Report Does Not Show

The report should not be used as the only basis for evaluating people’s performance. Product differences, locations, volume, difficulty, and external blockers can affect the results.
- Do not use the report as the only basis for evaluating people.
- Check order type, line count, and units.
- For errors or differences, go to orders and traceability.
