User productivity report

User productivity report shows which operations were completed by users in the selected period. It is useful for supervisors, but it must be read together with order type and route difficulty.

The report groups activity by user and warehouse. If the same user works in multiple warehouses, activity can appear on separate rows.

To open the report, go to Reports -> User productivity report.

The page loads for the current warehouse. If the user has access to multiple warehouses, they can use global view.

The report uses:

  • From date: the first day included in the report;
  • To date: the last day included in the report;
  • Show global, if the user has access to multiple warehouses.

After changing the period, press Apply filters.

For each user and warehouse, the report shows:

  • picked orders;
  • picked lines;
  • picked units;
  • packed orders;
  • packed lines;
  • packed units;
  • average active picking time;
  • average active packing time.

  1. Choose the period.
  2. Choose the warehouse or global view, if available.
  3. Compare users by lines and units, not only by order count.
  4. Check average times only together with volume.

A user with few orders can have high volume if they worked on orders with many lines. A user with many orders can have low volume if they worked on simple orders.

Average active time shows how long the operation took after it started. It does not necessarily include all external causes: missing products, document blockers, or waiting before the order is taken.

They probably worked on simple orders. Compare lines too, not only orders.

A User Has Few Orders, But Many Lines Or Units

Section titled “A User Has Few Orders, But Many Lines Or Units”

They probably worked on large orders or products with high quantities. Real volume can be higher than it looks from order count.

Check order complexity, distance between locations, number of lines, handling units, and possible process blockers.

The user has no recorded picking or packing operations in the selected period and warehouse.

The report does not show every warehouse activity. It focuses on picking and packing operations recorded in operational reports.

The report should not be used as the only basis for evaluating people’s performance. Product differences, locations, volume, difficulty, and external blockers can affect the results.

  • Do not use the report as the only basis for evaluating people.
  • Check order type, line count, and units.
  • For errors or differences, go to orders and traceability.
