Reports

Reports show aggregated results from real activity: picking, packing, order cycle, warehouse performance, and user productivity.

Reports are not working screens. They help answer questions such as: how many orders were picked, how long packing takes, where backlog exists, who completed operations, and how the order flow evolves.

To view operational reports, open the Reports menu.

This section includes:

The pages appear only for users who have the operational reports permission. If the user does not have this permission, the menu does not show these pages and the route is blocked by the application.

For historical days, reports use the daily aggregations available in WMS. If the selected period includes today, WMS also adds live operational events from the current day.

Because of this, a report over multiple days can combine historical data with today’s activity.

Operational reports use the same basic filters:

  • date range;
  • selected warehouse;
  • global view, when the user has access to multiple warehouses.

Global view does not ignore permissions. It aggregates only the warehouses available to the user.

The From date filter sets the first day included in the report.

The To date filter sets the last day included in the report.

After changing the period, press Apply filters to reload the report.

By default, the report loads for the current warehouse. If the user has access to multiple warehouses, the Show global action appears.

In global view, the report adds data from all warehouses available to the user. If there are orders not assigned to a warehouse, they can appear separately in the global report as Unallocated orders, where the report uses warehouse-level metrics.

To return to the current warehouse, use Show warehouse.

PageWhen to use it
Picking reportWhen you need to analyze the picking step: picked orders, lines, units, picking cancellations, stock errors, and timing.
Packing reportWhen you need to analyze the packing step: packed orders, lines, units, and completion times.
Order cycle reportWhen you need to see how orders move from receipt to shipment.
Warehouse performance reportWhen you need to verify whether the warehouse keeps pace with order volume.
User productivity reportWhen you need to analyze user contribution in picking and packing.

Picking and Packing reports focus on a single operational step.

The Order cycle report follows the order across multiple steps and helps identify the main bottleneck.

The Warehouse performance report combines volume, backlog, and operational issues at warehouse level.

The User productivity report groups activity by user and warehouse.

  • A high number of received orders does not automatically mean good productivity if backlog increases.
  • Average time must be read together with volume. One difficult order can distort the average.
  • Orders cancelled in picking and stock errors must be analyzed separately, not hidden inside positive totals.
  • For the exact cause, check the order page, traceability, and operational history.
