Warehouse performance report
Warehouse performance report combines volume and pace indicators for the warehouse. It is used by supervisors to see whether the warehouse keeps pace with orders.
The report is useful for comparing warehouses, checking backlog, and identifying issues that affect the operational flow.
Opening The Report
Section titled “Opening The Report”To open the report, go to Reports -> Warehouse performance report.
The page loads for the current warehouse. If the user has access to multiple warehouses, they can use global view.
Available Filters
Section titled “Available Filters”The report uses:
- From date: the first day included in the report;
- To date: the last day included in the report;
- Show global, when the user has access to multiple warehouses.
After changing the period, press Apply filters.

- received orders;
- picked orders;
- packed orders;
- shipped orders;
- backlog orders;
- orders cancelled in picking;
- orders with stock error.

When To Use It
Section titled “When To Use It”Use this report when:
- warehouse load must be evaluated;
- backlog increases;
- many stock errors appear;
- warehouses must be compared;
- you need to verify whether the team finishes orders at the pace they enter the flow.
How To Read It
Section titled “How To Read It”Received orders show demand. Picked, packed, and shipped orders show processing capacity. Backlog shows what remains to be done.
Orders cancelled in picking and stock errors are operational signals. They must be investigated in order detail and traceability.
Common Situations
Section titled “Common Situations”Received Orders Increase, But Shipped Orders Do Not
Section titled “Received Orders Increase, But Shipped Orders Do Not”The warehouse receives more volume than it can complete. Check backlog first, then the Picking report and Packing report.
Backlog Increases
Section titled “Backlog Increases”There are active orders that do not reach completion. Check whether the bottleneck is in picking, packing, documents, or shipment.
Many Orders With Stock Error
Section titled “Many Orders With Stock Error”Check Stock, Stock history, and Traceability. The report indicates issue volume, not the exact cause.
Many Orders Cancelled In Picking
Section titled “Many Orders Cancelled In Picking”Check order statuses, cancellation reasons, and whether picked products were correctly returned to stock.
One Warehouse Looks Weaker Than Another
Section titled “One Warehouse Looks Weaker Than Another”Also compare received volume. A warehouse with many received orders can have higher backlog even if it processes more than another warehouse.
What The Report Does Not Show
Section titled “What The Report Does Not Show”The report does not show the exact path of each order and does not explain the cause of a stock error by itself. For investigations, go to the affected order, stock, and traceability.
The report should not be used alone to evaluate operators. For user activity, use User productivity report.
- A warehouse with many received orders can look slower if the report is not read together with backlog.
- Stock errors are not solved from the report. They are investigated in Stock, Stock history, and Traceability.
- For the current period, live data can increase while operators work.
